Seasonal Advantages
- Low Season: By booking a full holiday week (7 nights), you will receive one night free (you pay for only 6 nights).
- Mid and High Season: If you book a week (7 nights) during this period, you will receive a discount of €5.00 per day per person.

- The quoted daily charges apply per person, per day, and include alpine breakfast buffet along with all mentioned applicable services..
- Single room supplement: €25.00 per day.
- Prices shown will attract a tourist tax of €4,00 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day.
Four our little guests
Fixed prices in the rooms of the parents:
- 0-3 years: Free
- 4-17 years: 50€
- from 18 years onwards: 50€
Arrival & Departure
- Your room will be available from approximately 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
- We ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
If you arrive after 7 p.m., please let us know.
Booking conditions
Standard:
Free cancellation period up to 6 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 5 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the total booking tariff.
Cancellations due to exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration.
Please note:
Booking alterations include date changes, reduction in nights and reduction in guests.
These fall under the same rule as a cancellation and must be amended prior to the free cancellation period.
Payment:
A deposit equivalent to the first night’s booking tariff is payable at time of booking to confirm the reservation. Final balance is payable 5 days, prior to the arrival date.
Should your balance not be received by the due date, this amount will be automatically deducted from the credit card on file.
High season:
Free cancellation period up to 15 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the total booking tariff.

Pets
Dogs are allowed in some of our rooms with special access. They are not allowed in the rest of the house. We charge a daily fee of €10.00 (without food). Please let us know when you make your enquiry. You cannot book these rooms directly online! Thanks!
